In Ray Bradbury's short story "All Summer in a Day," which takes place on Venus, all the students ever knew was rain, and the sun only appears every seven years for one hour. This story expresses jealousy by showing how the protagonist Margot is treated, previously remembering the sun while the other kids do not.
