I have worked with HR staffing policies and reconciliation during my time at Rockwell Collins. I am currently the lead contact on HR staffing updates for the organization's Engineering Program Management group. I update the staffing headcount for each cost center group in the department, and work with Program Managers to answer ad hoc inquiries on their weekly staffing updates. Although my experience with HR regulations is limited, I am eager to learn and hope to put my education in managerial concepts to use in this role.

I have held various leadership positions during my time at Iowa State University. I was the founding Secretary for the Beta Alpha chapter of Iowa State University, and lead the drafting of our chapter's points accountability system. In this role, I also was tasked with organizing our chapter's files into a Google Drive, and ensuring all executive officers had access to necessary documents. In Fall 2014, I was appointed as a News Producer for a weekly broadcast of the station's flagship program "Newswatch". I managed a team of 8-15 anchors/crew members, and ensured broadcasts began and ended on time. I continued this role in Spring 2015 and was also elected as the station's Web Director. In this role, I managed the ISUtv organization website content and software updates. I also worked with producers to set an content update policy in place so news stories were posted on the website in a timely manner. In Fall of 2016, I was elected as the organization's Treasurer. This role required management of the organization's financial accounts, as well as inventory.
