No one is perfect, so does the leader. Exactly, there have no discipline to become a leader, but the only one who gets the position is the most appropriate person .When I was a child, I loved to be a follower who followed the leader in class .Until one day, my teacher saw something in my personality. She promoted me as a nominated leader. Then I was selected by other students to become a leader by using democratic way that my country cultivates us. Being a leader is not easy. It leads to many responsibilities. In my opinion, the most important characteristics is be fun like Thai president.
