How would you feel if you were told you couldn't marry the one person in the whole entire world that you love? Upset, mad, or ashamed, so many homosexual couples are ashamed of themselves because the world makes them feel that way. What if being homosexual was just a normal thing, like being straight, when a guy asks a girl to be his wife no one bats an eye, but if a guy proposed to another guy its like WWⅡ all over again. Imagine if we lived in a world where people were not discriminated against because of what they wear or what gender they like or by the color of their skin. If two people are in love and want to be together in marriage (even if its just a legal document) then they should be allowed to do so. Families are torn apart everyday because homosexuals aren't allowed to be married, if something happens to a parent that child is removed from the home and the other parent can't do anything because they aren't married. Imagine being ripped out of your home because something happened to one of your parents, so on top of being without a parent you lose your family too. It says god doesn't like ugly, shaming someone for loving the same sex is having an ugly personality. Not everyone in the world has the same religion. Just because its wrong in one religion doesn't mean its wrong in another. People believe in more than one god or no god at all, so why can't people see see thats theres more than one way to love, more than one way to live. The people believing in the trong religion aren't the ones choosing to get married to the same sex so how does it affect them in anyway? Some fear that their children will end up that way to just because of the actions of their parents.
However, many people fear that they won't have children, or the children will be turned gay just like their parents. When gay marriage is legalized it should be open to adoption, allowing these said parents to have a child of their own. In a way this is creating a happy and loving environment for the child to grow up in. By seeing how the parents act will allow this said child to grow up not hiding who they are and to be themselves. I know first hand a family of eight who have homosexual parents, they act like any normal family and i know for a fact that none of the six kids are
