Around the world people have their own opinion about gay rights. Gay rights is portrayed to be something negative but people fail to realize these are humans just like everyone else and they have feelings like any other person. 60 % of Americans favor same-sex marriage, while 37% oppose. Gay rights should be allowed everywhere because it’ll bring less chaos to the world, LGBT’s (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and transgender) would be happier people, and it will show how equal we are as a nation. Many argue that Gay rights shouldn’t be allowed for so many reasons. Citizens say it’s against God to marry the same sex. Also, same sex marriage is claimed to be untraditional. Because these are same sex individuals they won’t be able to produce and this is a red flag to some. Many who oppose believe it should always be a mom and a dad in a household to learn certain things. Knowing they can live their life how they want to and have the same privileges as everyone around them is a great feeling. Gay rights would make LBGT feel normal. Being accepted is a good thing and at a young age people learn not to judge others and let them be who they are. Once gay rights are approved these people that are treated differently because of who they are, will feel accepted. No one can control their feelings, when you love someone it’s never by choice.
