I feel like obesity is not a topic which concerns many, only those who are Obese or even overweight are the true concerning victim’s. Many people do not truly know the dangers of Obesity and how badly it can affect you and those you love. I wanted to cover this topic to give my Audience (you) a realization to how many people suffer daily, just to accomplish everyday tasks. It might seem simple to tie your own shoes but roughly 12% of overweight men and women simply cannot tie their shoes entirely or have a very difficult experience tying their shoes day to day. Yes tying shoes is not to concerning, the real danger of obesity is the effect it has on all aspects of your body. Eating disorders can cause obesity, anorexia, diabetes and many more health disorders. They say three meals a day is substantial to growth and development, often what you consume from those three meals is where you get all your nutrition to power your brain and body throughout the day. Unhealthy eating on the other hand fogs you brain and seizes you development, providing quick energy that doesn’t last long. If you think of vegetable as a log of wood and paper as processed foods it will take longer to burn a log than paper.

2. Quality of Education Linked with Unhealthy Eating
The quality of education and the learning of a healthy body has not been taught to any large extents throughout our country. If adolescents were taught by their local schools of the true dangers of processed foods it would create a much more “knowing” environment. Knowing as in learning the true dangers that these mass produced foods really carry toward the consumer,(you). If our education system were more caring of the health of our future generations they would consider a new standpoint on healthy eating, resulting towards a healthy
