Becoming a pharmacist has always been a dream of mine, which is why I applied to the pharmacy program at Western New England University. I have always wanted leadership positions within pharmacy and believe that the MBA program will allow me to hone my skill and create new ones to help me achieve my goals post-graduation. My strengths as a future pharmacist can be easily transferable to my strengths needed to become a MBA candidate. I look at things with practicality and logic and am able to focus on situations and use that logic to find the best response for whatever situation. I can take on leadership roles very easily, but I also know what my position entails and what the other student’s positions entail so that I do not overstep boundaries and can pass on tasks if they are better suited for other needs. I can communicate well with others and clearly explain my thoughts for others to comprehend when I am working with others in group projects. Many of my strengths have been classroom and job oriented, however, I believe that to be a good businessperson the greatest strengths you can have are being personable, professional and respectful, and these are my greatest strengths as well. Being personable allows an employee to talk to upper management freely and not in fear, it allows for a clam and enjoyable workspace and great working relationships among employers and employees.
