The Doctor of pharmacy degree will give me the satisfaction of helping people with their health. I want to to work in a team to create new cures for all kinds of diseases. Many people die because there isn’t a cure for their disease. However, with the improving technology, and knowledge, the invention of new medication would be a pharmacists job. I have volunteered at Christ medical center which was a great experience for me. I have helped several patients to take them from place to place. I have seen how each patient has a different kind of medication that has to be given at certain times. Each medicine could have different side effects of the kind of person that's taking it. The medication for each patient is labeled by the name and the dosages that should be given. I have been fascinated by how each compound that are used in medication could have an effect on how a person functions.
