What Do I Want to Do With My Life? Throughout the two years I have been attending Infinity Early College High School, the pondering question is, “What will I do once I am out of high school with my Associate’s Degree?” The question still remains till this day, but I have realized a possible career I might be interested in. With some research and consideration, the job I might be leaning towards might be something in the science and medical field. I wish to choose is a prosthodontist. A prosthodontist is a branch of dentistry dealing with the replacement of teeth using artificial teeth or dentures. To become a prosthodontist, I will first need to achieve my Associate’s degree in science. Next, I will need to acquire my Bachelor’s degree in Biology or Human Biology. Following this, I will need to attend dentistry school to become certified in dentistry, and complete residency. If I am unable to obtain all of the required schooling, I would like to at least like to have completed my Bachelor’s degree. There are a large variety of schools that offer a program of a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, from the University of Texas at Austin, to the University of Houston, to Texas State University. Although a variety of schools offer this degree plan, the school I am interested in attending is the University of Texas at Austin. The reason is that I feel capable of being accepted into their university with my GPA. I also think if I am in the top 7 percent, as I am currently, then I will be able to be accepted almost immediately after graduation. Lastly, I believe that the University of Texas is one of the best schools in Texas, and that I deserve to go to an above-average school to complete my educational
