This training will greatly prepare you for the one deep position you seek. This will help you grow as a refiner as the training is geared toward managing the program on your own. You will be required to maintain the high standards expected of you while working at a fully manned office but you will be without anyone else to provide quality checks or sound boarding for your work. The Safety Manager’s Course will further develop your more adaptive cognitive preference as it stresses a more consistent and predictable method of thinking the Commander will expect of you. Most importantly it provides training for when you inherit a program that has sat vacant for some time. This will require extensive work for you to bring the program back into compliance. This training will provide you with a foundation that enables you to be an asset no matter what location you are sent to. This provides substantial benefit to the Air Force. You will capable of filling last minute deployment taskers or billets. This will enable the Air Force to utilize you as a jack of all trades to ensure the safety of personnel supporting any contingency at any
