Ineffective Animal Testing Majority of animals have their fate decided at birth. Animal testing is questionable to the reassurance of absolute safety. Animals and humans react differently to types of drugs and chemicals. Cats, dogs, guinea pigs, hamsters, birds, etc. are the type of animals being manipulated. Reality is that in this anthropocentric society everyone thinks that animals and nature are here and exist solely for our own benefit. They are used for animal testing, in the food industry, circuses, zoos, and other kinds of entertainment. In this text I plan to talk about each one of these big industries that subject animals to horrible pain.
The lives of animals are just as important as any human life. Animals receive poor treatment during experiments. There are about 100 million animals used for testing each year in the United States. Animals are tortured and abused and the scientists care very little about their comfort. Animals deserve better treatment and respect from those who are experimenting on them.
