In 1955, there is a normal couple in California, they dumped their small kid. They never can image this kid would become one of the greatest man in the world, because the kid use his wisdom and effort to change the world. This is a man that deserve the whole people to respect him. This legendary kid grew up, and he was Steve Jobs; Apple company's father. As a businessman, inventor, entrepreneur and industrial designer, he shows his great abilities and models fully to the world.
In Tim Cook’s speech at Steve Jobs’ memorial, Tim does his best to convince his audience that Steve Jobs made a vast impact on technology and people’s life across the nation. Steve Jobs was the engineer, inventor, and Apple co-founder. He was a creative entrepreneur whose passion for the greatest drive revolutionized six industries: personal computers, animated movies, music, tablet computing, phones and digital publishing. The IPod and ITunes, Steve reminded all of us of our love for music, changed the way the world listens to music, and along the way, changed the entire music industry. Just in 2011 with the introduction of the IPad, Apple jump started an entirely new product category; that no one though they needed and now no one can live without.
Steve Jobs has dramatically impacted the world and today’s generations. He is the reason we have the advanced phones we have today. In Jobs’ speech, he uses many rhetorical devices to inform us, such as repetition, stories, and humor, to provide powerful context and inform the audience that he goes through some of the same things we do, struggles and pain, but also love and happiness. In addition, Jobs gave some background on himself during his speech. He began by saying that he had never graduated from college and had dropped out after the first six months of college.
On October 5, 2011, the world witnessed the passing away of Steve Jobs. He died at the relatively young age of fifty-six. As a technological icon, Jobs changed the way hundreds of millions of people today communicate, interact, and think. Through the founding of Apple, Next, and Pixar, Jobs showed the world that with passion and persistence visions can truly transform into reality.
