Communication is critical when improving productivity and effectiveness. Stretch ‘r Wings needs to improve their overall sales communication strategy. They need a systematic approach to enhance their communication across their organization a well-spoken sales rep is not enough (Brainshark, n.d.). There is some key elements missing in Stretch ‘r Wings sales plan, there is not enough information to effectively communicate their sales approach. The information that has been giving is lacking. Management Stretch ‘r Wings is a small business. They will state with four key employees and will double it manpower within five years. Stretch ‘r Wings management implementation will be as follows: Developer and designer will manage company and will set-up office and shop area. There will be a consulting engineering who will work with the FAA on design plans. Both designer and consultant will work on getting approval for STC’s. There will be a sales manager who will develop the company’s marketing plan and lastly office personnel to handle the day-to-day …show more content…

A sales plan is the roadmap to give a company’s sales team direction (Cross, 2011) Stretch ‘r Wings 1.3 key to success, I believe does not give enough detail to why the planned STC’s approvals will take longer. So that those viewing this sales plan completely understand what barrier are in front of the company, the company first has to be clear about what exactly is going to make this process longer. Under the company summary, there was not enough detail regarding the area in which the company will be located. The information was very brief and gave very little detail as to manpower, detailed location strengths and details regarding the state university engineering program and exactly how Stretch ‘r Wings will benefit from this university. There needs to be more information in this company
