My personal goal as a teacher is to impact the students’ lives in a positive way. I will help them grow as a person and build life skills that will last a life time. I will challenge my students and take them to different levels of great success. I will accomplish this task with the start of a healthy learning environment. In my classroom I will meet all of the students needs in which they learn. The best way to learn in my classroom is with others. Group work is the key to a successful classroom. Each student can learn by working with others. Group work teaches and allows the students to interact with each other on a daily basis. Working with others forces you to use life skills, such as listening, respecting, and cooperation. If you respect me I will respect you. Each student comes from a different background and we as a class must respect others differences. I want my students to feel like they can be who they are and express themselves through creativity. Students should experiment different things to find their self as a person. In my classroom they will find their likes and dislikes, strengths and weakness, and lastly they will find their way in making a difference in this world. My classroom will be full of joy and excitement. Positive energy will be given off by all people. My students will feel safe inside and outside the classroom because my goal is to create an environment that is safe for all. Each student has the right to learn and succeed.
