My personal goal as a teacher is to impact the students’ lives in a positive way. I will help them grow as a person and build life skills that will last a life time. I will challenge my students and take them to different levels of great success. I will accomplish this task with the start of a healthy learning environment. In my classroom I will meet all of the students needs in which they learn. The best way to learn in my classroom is with others. Group work is the key to a successful classroom. Each student can learn by working with others. Group work teaches and allows the students to interact with each other on a daily basis. Working with others forces you to use life skills, such as listening, respecting, and cooperation. If you respect me I will respect you. Each student comes from a different background and we as a class must respect others differences. I want my students to feel like they can be who they are and express themselves through creativity. Students should experiment different things to find their self as a person. In my classroom they will find their likes and dislikes, strengths and weakness, and lastly they will find their way in making a difference in this world. My classroom will be full of joy and excitement. Positive energy will be given off by all people.
