I have known since the age of five that I wanted to become a teacher. Working with children has always been a passion for me. For instance, as a young child, I would teach my younger brother certain skills such as writing and mathematics. I want to be an elementary/special education teacher because I think that teaching is a rewarding job and I love watching the children grow over the year. I taught at the Catoctin High School (CHS) Preschool for three years. Teaching the preschoolers was the most rewarding feeling because of the smile I would see on their faces.
