My goal as a 4th grade teacher is to welcome my students. Asking them if they had anything they want to share with the class and share myself if I have anything I want to share with them. After great information from my students I will start talking about what we will be doing that day and other anointments from the office or parents. I think is a great idea to volunteer some of my students to help me stay on track and have a successful day. During the day, I know I will feel happy because I will notice that my students want to learn and are in the classroom for a great reason. I remember that when I was in fourth grade I learned how to sow and I want to do that with my students, I know many parents will say that needles are dangerous but it will be a great opportunity for children to learn …show more content…

I know that some days I will have a great day and others not so much. Maybe some of my students are sad because of something happening at home or community and the class might not be the same if the child that always participates is not in class. Teachers should engage all their students to want to learn but sometimes the students want a break from school and being able to understand that is important. I might of say something that because of their age they do not understand or might opinion might impact the way they look at me. Having volunteers to help me stay on track not every day will be a success and I will feel stressed because I did not finish all the things I wanted to do the day but after that I will know what might of went wrong. From mistakes people learn and I know that by knowing what I did wrong it won’t happen or not often at least. In the reading, we read for this week it talked about how new teachers care for their appearance and how they are doing things and more experience teachers care about their students. I want to be the teacher that care for her students even if I am a new
