In becoming a biology teacher you will have to have the passion and love for science. You will also need to have the ambition to teach individuals. Life and the way it works is very interesting and important to know. I believe everyone should understand the concept of life in order to know how to create a better one for themselves. By becoming a biology teacher I am building a path for children that will positively impact them more than they would expect. To be a certified biology teacher after high school, you should receive a Bachelor of Science degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in the appropriate field study. In order for high school students to be prepared in this study, they should take the following courses; biology, chemistry, earth science, physics, and even math. All of these courses are science disciplines that will benefit them tremendously in becoming a biology teacher, or any science major that they choose. They will see how all five of these course apply to each other in one way or another.
