Mr. Bennet should not be found guilty of killing Mr. Adams because he had very poor eyesight, had trouble reading labels, and could only have died of poison by poison only available to exterminators. Mr. Bennet should not take the blame for Mr. Adams being killed because there are many pieces of evidence against him from unreliable witnesses that don’t have strong alibis or reasons for his death. Adams could have grabbed the wrong thing by accident because it stated that there was poison right by the sugar. It was said to be the same size and color as the sugar and could have tricked him and his bad vision while going into the kitchen to get his creamer and sugar from the cabinet. When the mug of coffee was looked at, there were fingerprints of Mr. Afrero’s and he was by his drink the whole night with Mr. Mack. Mr. Alfredo was an exterminator and the poison that killed Mr. Adams only means he could get it, and is only available to exterminators. He was invited by Mrs. Reid and there were no bugs or rodents, which is what exterminators are used for. Mr. Adams was killed by the poison that would only be able to be used by this man who was randomly invited by a friend. Mr. Alfredo was the one who poured Mr. Adams drinks with the poison that was only able to be used by exterminators- which he was one.
