The Constitution came to fruition as an answer for the issues and numerous shortcomings of the Articles of Confederation. Not every person concurred with the Constitution or even the said issues emerging from the Articles of Confederation. These people were called Anti-Federalists and their thoughts would not be as effective as the thoughts of the Federalists, since Anti-Federalist thought's reflected numerous qualities of the Articles of Confederation. The Constitution should have been endorsed with a specific end goal to conjure change and solvethe issues of the Articles of Confederation. The Federalists had the plans to make the country the best is could be, and also sufficiently giving rights to citizens.
Back in the early days of independant America there had been an ethical dilemma on whether or not they should ratify The U.S constitution. The main two arguments were whether citizens chose to maintain the status quo, or switch to a more centralized government. The two debates were backed up by James madison who wrote the Federalist No.10 for ratification and Patrick Henry who gave a speech against it. In the document James warns about how “there is nothing to check the inducements to sacrifice the weaker party, or an obnoxious individual.” referring to someone or a group of people who could possibly create unique factions between on another and disrupt a potential republic.
At the time that the Constitutional Convention took place, the North was industrialized and produced many finished goods. The South, however, still had an agricultural economy. Therefore, the South imported many finished goods from Britain. The North wanted the government to be able to impose import tariffs or taxes on finished products. They wanted this to help protect against foreign competition and encourage the South to buy goods made in the North.
1. Personally, I believe the constitution was the better document because it had more power. The articles of confederation gave the states more power than congress had, and because of this states either did was it said or did not. Because of the states having more power over Congress, the states did not focus on the needs of the whole country but only cared for their own state and what is best for their people. The constitution is better because it was easier to make changes and amendments to it.

The debate was between the federalists and Anti-Federalist, one side wanted to ratify the constitution and the other side didn’t. The Constitutional Convention met in Philadelphia, on May 25, 1787. Most of the delegates were from the upper classes of American society. The most famous delegate, George Washington, was “unanimously elected president” of the Convention (Cassel, 1994. P. 119). Originally, the delegates intended to revise the Articles, however their debates resulted in a whole new constitution.
Constitutional Convention The beginnings of the Convention (pre-constitution) began when Governor Edmund Randolph of Virginia presented and defended a plan for a new structure of government (called the "Virginia Plan") that had been chiefly drafted by fellow Virginia delegate, James Madison. The Virginia Plan called for a strong national government with both branches of the legislative branch apportioned by population. The plan gave the national government the power to legislate "in all cases in which the separate States are incompetent" and even gave a proposed national Council of Revision a veto power over state legislatures. Delegates from smaller states, and states less sympathetic to broad federal powers, opposed many of the provisions in the Virginia Plan.

It has been argued that Constitution of the United States is a document that was drafted in response to the evolution of society. Others have argued that the creation of the Constitution was made as an effort to create a strong national government that was capable of exercising real authority and preservation of ideals in the revolution. The U.S. Constitution is considered reactionary because one should consider the events, documents, and people who participated in the era of the Constitution.
The Constitutional Convention took place from May 25th to September 17th, 1787, in the state of Pennsylvania. The Convention was created to revise the Articles of Confederation, and to create a new government. There were many disputes that presented themselves during the Convention, the major arguments being: Federalist vs. Anti-Federalists, Large State vs. Small State, Slavery, and One vs. Multiple Leaders. One debate was versus the Federalists and Anti-Federalists.

It can be said that the origin of the United States Constitution is the gun dispute as the core. According to the Second Amendments of the US Constitution, people have the right to keep and possess arms. The purpose is to ensure that the state power is not violated, and it is a restriction for Federation.
The new constitution couldn’t please everyone. Some people liked it but some didn't. The two sides were the Federalists and the Anti-Federalists. The Federalists were in favor of ratifying the Constitution, whereas the Anti-Federalists were opposed to it. They would have debates about ratifying the Constitution.
I feel that the US Constitution is somewhat outdated, and is in need of a revision. As everybody knows, the world has changed a lot in the past 250 years. These changes are things like transportation, total number of people in the world, and major things like the internet and technology. The events and problems that the Constitution solved years ago are a lot different than the problems that we face today. However, some of the more universal and basic rules of the constitution should not be subject to change because they still apply to today.

Constitution in all of its greatness is highly ambiguous, and equivocal. As a result, the Constitution has been debated from the very days of its inception, to the current moment. The First and Second amendment are the some of the most obvious examples of debates that result from vagueness in the Constitution. While most Americans agree that everyone has a right to freedom of speech(First amendment), many argue how far free speech stretches. Similarly, the Constitution gives the right to bear arms(Second amendment), although some Americans argue that the original intention of the Second amendment no longer bears truth today.
Ted Bundy, born as Theodore Robert Cowell, sexually assaulted and murdered multiple women. The actual number is around 30 women but possibly more. Ted Bundy would fake disabilities and injuries to win his victims trust before murdering them. Bundy would continue to visit his victims even after they were dead and their remains started decomposing to give himself sexual gratification. Ted would search around the country for his ideal victim until he was finally apprehended and given the capital punishment in January 1989.
