Being a Volunteer at Beaumont Hospital, I was privileged to work with diverse groups of volunteers and people. I converse with them and develop new friendships that exposed me to many traditions and cultures I had been unaware of.

What would you contribute to the UMSI community and to the field as a whole? I have been out of school long enough to know I still have much to learn, and taking break from education has only galvanized me with a renewed drive to complete my degree. My determination to succeed in your program is palpable and something that would be impossible to curtail. Furthermore, with my undergraduate degree in Psychology and my passion for understanding the human mind, I would bring a holistic view to the table. Taking into account the user’s feelings first and the raw data second, because my approach to creating better user experiences always starts with the user, inside and outside of the classroom.

I am Keely Britton and I am enrolled in the Auburn University Adult Education, School of Educational Foundations Leadership and Technology (EFLT) doctoral program. I am writing as a result of speaking extensively with Dr. Gary Waters concerning an assistantship in the athletics department. I am available right away and feel that there exists a perfect fit due to my work experiences, current extracurricular involvement, and personal participation in a comprehensive enhancement program. While on faculty at Florida A&M University I trained approximately fifty graduate students who in turn instructed approximately three hundred seventy-five freshmen in the art of developing mind power by using advanced memory systems and techniques. However, superior speed-reading and comprehension skills buttressed memory training, therefore speed-reading and comprehension training preceded memory training.
As I contemplate on what I hope to to obtain from a college, California Baptist University surfaces. I first encountered with them when I attended a field trip to the college fair with my junior class. I spoke to a representative who instantly made me feel welcomed. We conversated about what career path I wanted to undertake, I responded with education. I was then informed that CBU was recognized for their education program.
I have always been involved beyond the classroom with the schools I attend. I attended King Kekaulike High School in Maui. My freshman year, I was an active member in Interact club, a local service club. I was also on the junior varsity volleyball team and the girls varsity soccer team. I was the team captain for the girls varsity soccer team at KKHS both my junior and senior year.
Powell. Session 1. Journal It’s tough to think of a definitive event or life experience that will influence my academic studies and goals at Colorado Christian University (CCU). It is more likely a culmination of life experiences that will ultimately provide me with the tools I need to conquer my undergraduate studies.
My primary reason for attending graduate school at CCU is to deepen my ministry. When I was in High School God called me into ministry. I started out my ministry career in Youth Ministry, and I’ve been a High School Pastor for 4 years. My job has offered me several opportunities to minister to and help others. Now I feel God calling me into counseling ministry.
As I continue along my journey, I hope to continue working within higher education. Currently, working as a program advisor for the Diversity and Pre-College Center at UW-Waukesha, has been a life changing experience. I have not only grown as an individual, I have many positive experiences to take away. I want to continue to gain these experiences and better myself for my future.
After I complete by bachelor’s degree at the University of Pittsburgh in the field of Information Science with a concentration in networks and security I have decided that I would really like to go to grad school. The grad school that I particularly would like to attend is CMU. This is the reason why I jumped at this opportunity as soon as it was sent to me by our advisor. I would like to attend CMU and pursue the master’s degree in the MSISPM field. I have decided that I want to go down this path because I feel that it is an extremely important field of study that is sometimes undervalued by companies and government alike.

There are many accomplishments I want to complete throughout my time at MSU. Currently I do not have a major, but consider myself as business-preference. I’m shifting myself towards supply-chain management, but also conflicted between advertising. My top priority at MSU is to get accepted into the Eli Broad College of Business and boost my GPA up to 3.5. As of now, my GPA is not above 3.0 due to personal reasons.
I have always had a passion for engineering and programming robotics, but recently I have been able to immerse myself in the world of engineering and computer science. Before going to NCSSM, my opportunities to explore these fields had been quite limited by the funding and course offerings of my former high school. However, attending NCSSM has allowed me to delve into a diverse course load full of engineering and computer science classes. During my first trimester at NCSSM, I took an introduction to robotics class, which utilized LabView and NXT Robots to teach students about the importance of sensors and how to program software in accordance with the available sensors in order to complete a task. I knew from the first few days of the course
I never would have guessed that University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee would be my future alma mater. In all honesty, UWM was not on my list of Universities to apply to prior to the Architecture Summer Camp I took there. It was surely a lesson to me that I shouldn’t close doors before I even open them. I thought I knew which University I wanted to go to, but after the seeing the doors that being a part of Milwaukee’s School of Architecture and Urban Planning could open for me, I knew that my future would be in good hands at UWM. My experience at the Architecture summer camp was, in all honesty, life altering.
