The implementation plan is very important step when developing the UMRS new technology. It is a such powerful communication tool, that will set the tasks and requirements for all team members. It will help UMRS team members to see how the project is developing within the timely scheduled. It will ensure that all members know what should deliver and when it is required, and that would decrease the project delays due to miscommunication. The goals of implementation plan are to define the project implementation steps and accomplish the tasks of each step. The plan should detail the project deliverables and project schedule. To ensure consistent of ethical compliance and support ethical conduct with laws UMRS should establish a mandatory training requirements that comprehensive code of conduct training as well as periodic training on key risks. Booklets, posters, online training and in-person training, should use to raise the awareness. Also, UMRS should adapt and improve its ethics and compliance training and communications considering evolving risks and changes in the project environment. In addition, UMRS team members should always be reminded of the importance of ethical conduct and the need to report ethical concerns through ongoing communications. During these training efforts UMRS should continue to promote for the core values importance and ethical conduct. In this context, when implementing the UMRS new technology it should not affect any other function of any person or organization.
