What categories did you score above the culture norm? What categories did you score below the culture norm? What are areas of opportunity for improvement? How might you implement these opportunities within your organization? The categories I scored above the culture norm are communicating, evaluating, leading, trusting, disagreeing, and scheduling. The categories I scored low in are persuading and deciding. Areas of improvement are deciding and persuading. All 8 categories could be good for the company if they took this cultural profile because than they could use the results to train there employees certain ways.
2) What barriers to effective cross-cultural communication have you observed in your organization? What strategies have you used to address these barriers? Some barriers that I have observed in my organization is a language barrier and time. With the language barrier we try our best to work with the customer sometimes we have someone who can speak that language or we phones or computers that have a translation app/ website.
