Foods with GMO should be labeled. This is for various reasons. People should know what they are eating, this is a right. GMO is highly toxic. Also, some people may not believe in using GMO. Just as well, labels don't even cost very much. GMO should be optional, not putting GMO labels on GMO foods is not giving people the opportunity to choose. America is supposed to be a free country. Being forced to eat something is not freedom. Some may argue that putting labels on GMO food will increase the double tomorrow confusion of GMO. Yet, there is less confusion than they like to say. They claim that GMO does not matter, and that it can have no negative effect. Many GMO foods can be toxic. If you have allergies to foods GMO should definitely matter. Letting people know what they're eating would lead to less confusion. Chemicals put in the food can hurt small children.
