Comparisons on Scoring Systems This section will focus on the point systems of the selected four building assessment systems. The point structures of these systems will be discussed and compared in the end. Starting from the BREEAM building assessment system; this system as many other building assessment systems use a single point system for each credit in the related assessment category. Since the weightings of the assessment categories changes, the points gained from the categories that has high available points is very crucial for the owner to get an accredited certification from BREEAM.
DECISION: Our team has agreed on the 3rd decision which is to break down the production jobs into several job categories and do a job analysis for each category. JUSTIFICATION: Our current problem is that the employee's’ refusal to take on some duties is likely to result into a lower production rate, then a lower profit, lower wages, and, at the end, a higher turnover rate. To avoid/minimize these negative consequences, at our current financial state, we need a set of readily applicable job procedures and rules for a reasonable price.
Sandwich companies also take into consideration that sandwich’s need to have the freshest ingredients to savor the flavor (rhyme) and to immerse customers in a juicy sandwich. The decision of the image’s creator to incorporate this global issue into everyday aspects of individual lifestyles is what successfully achieves his emotional appeals. A simple depiction of sushi, which, when analyzed closer, is made of sushi, is a unique choice of art that is both eye-opening and creative. By using this juxtaposition of two
All you need to do to create this famed lunch item is to gather the materials and follow my directions. To make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, the first and most important step
The loss of jobs arising from automation, urban disinvestment, capital flight, and changing population patterns was especially devastating for black workers—and the speakers at the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom emphasized the point. For example, Randolph denounced “profits geared to automation” that “destroy the jobs of millions of workers,” and called for measures to address unemployment, raise the minimum wage, and increase federal aid to education. People didn’t have enough money to eat food and afford family before the march. After the march, "The Civil Rights Act of 1964 promised to lower discriminatory barriers to employment, but it did not address one of the major demands of the March on Washington: job creation.

1.1. Why should early childhood development teachers not use food in art activities, such as painting and collage? Because children are still in the process of learning to distinguish between food and other objects that are not to be eaten it can result in causing confusion in the young learner so therefore it best not to use food items for eating as art materials. Also art work such as paintings and collages that makes use of food can most definitely not be displayed and kept for long periods of time as it can attract insects and go off or moldy. This could have a negative effect on the child if his art work no longer looks as beautiful as it did when he created it.
Upon discovering the advertising industry through the American Advertising Federation Medgar Evers College Chapter, where I served as the Treasurer and Strategic Planner, I fortunately landed my first internship with the Omnicom Medgar Evers College Associates program where I was placed at DDB Worldwide as an account management on the State Farm account. Landing such an opportunity has reinforced my belief that advertising is an arena where I can challenge myself through critical thinking, creativity and innovation. Thus, I went on to applying to the 4A’s Multicultural Advertising Internship Program and was placed at Grey Group New York, providing account management support to the Hasbro Boys team. These two internships have given me an excellent opportunity to apply and enhance my prior academic and industry experience while learning from fellow interns as I establish a solid
Question 1.1 Firstly, EDC practitioners should not use food in art activities because food is meant for eating and it is extremely expensive. There is an extreme demand for food in poor communities. There are many homeless people who go to bed without having a meal for the day, and the amount of job loss in the community means that people do not have enough money to survive to even buy food to feed and support their families. However, EDC practitioners should not use food in art activities because it may offend a number of cultural groups who use the food for religious celebrations.
In their advertisement for “Delifresh Oven Roasted Turkey Breast”, Oscar Mayer suggests that their Oven Roasted Turkey Meat is not “complicated” or full of additives. By juxtaposing the turkey and the chair’s “ingredient” tables and the satirization of the chair, the creator places emphasis on the distortion of a product containing additives and the lack of additives in Oscar Mayer’s meat. The anaphora of “It’s” in their slogan creates the immediate association of quality to their packaged cold cuts, while aphorism is incorporated by making a statement that life is complicated, but “your sandwich doesn’t have to be”. Portmanteau supports Oscar Mayer’s ad by combining sane and sandwich to make “sanewich”, referring to the ease of making a sandwich
Berg points out that many popular "sandwiches" are made with just one piece of bread, such as open-faced sandwiches, tartines, and bruschetta. These items are widely accepted as sandwiches, despite not conforming to the traditional definition of a sandwich that requires two separate slices of bread. By the same token, Berg argues, a hot dog should also be considered a sandwich, even though it only has one piece of bread and lays vertical. What seems to be looked over is the fact that all the sandwiches Berg brings up”The BLT and the muffuletta and the cheesesteak”(Berg1). These
