The Mountain Range
Being 13 is like a mountain rage it goes up and down their are hard snowy and sad parts and their are sunny beautiful parts. I remember I first got to school thinking my god this is gonna be terrible but I got here and it wasn’t so bad. The teachers were nice and the kids were great. The only thing was and still is the missteps I don’t like them they are too easy to get and to big of a punishment if you get too many. I think though all around it will be pretty good to be 13 in middle school. Also in basketball I get to be one of the older kids people look at to go as a role model. It is fun but then again the work is a lot harder because we have more endurance than before so we run at least 2 times as much! Now I don’t have

Me and my friend hang out on Saturday but then on sunday I have a lot of extra homework to do on Sunday because of the overload in school. Some hobbies I have are driving rc card and I play basketball. I have time to play basketball and practice but now I dont have the time to drive my car because I have more responsibilities like chores. I get to do sports though like every week I do Kessel basketball and I have a great time.This year I hope to get straight A’s and have every teacher like me. I also hope to get London leaders and help out other little kids in our school. I think that the best things about being 13 are that you are now looked up to by 6th grader and that you have to get mature so you can go into high school. I also think that it is a good thing that we are 13 because we can go more places without needing parent supervision. These things are great because they make us more like adults and force us to be more mature and level headed. The worst things are that we now have a lot more responsibilities to think about like we have to get home do homework and then do chores, eat, shower, and then go to bed so we have very little free time. Also now we also have so much drama to deal with in school that it is hard to focus on what
