Due to this rise, the teachers and administrators of educational institutions are having more responsibility to commit to always be prepared for the meeting, recognizing, and understanding the situations arising in the classrooms. In addition, the obligation of acting accordingly irrespective of differences in the characteristics and backgrounds of the students is also specified by Kurawa (2010) and Haug (2003). According to the qualitative research conducted by Lewish and Norwich (2005), there are two major factors that may be responsible for managing the diversity and inclusion in the educational institutions including 1) creating the positivity in teachers/staff about managing the diverse students in the classroom and outside the classroom as well, and 2) development of pedagogic techniques and approaches that are effective for diversified groups. The teachers alone cannot play a significant role in this case, however, teachers collectively with the administration of the institutes can improve the scenario drastically.
