Non-verbal communication: Nonverbal communication plays a crucial role in healthcare settings, where healthcare providers need to understand their patients' emotions and respond accordingly. These nonverbal cues include body posture, facial expressions, eye contact, and tone of voice. These cues help healthcare providers establish better rapport and trust with their patients, improving treatment outcomes.

Next, it will describe three methods being used in my area of practice to improved communication between the patients and clinicians.
