Obesity is a disease affecting a great number of people around the whole world. It is becoming an important issue due to the excess amount of people who suffer from it. Obesity is a condition which is known as an excess amount of body fat in a person. This condition can lead to numerous risk factors in their lives and could eventually lead them to their death. Even though health care providers are helping obese people fight with this disease, it isn’t enough, further techniques should be incorporated to help fight this disease that is affecting 1 in every 3 adults and 1 in every six children. Obesity is currently being fought by health care providers and the patient itself. People who are willing to accept the fact that they are dealing with obesity are usually the ones who go seek for help, but there is still people out there who isn’t receiving any type of treatment. The government should make the food industries reinforce their dietary supplements in the food they are providing for the people. The problem all starts with the food that is being consumed by the people. If the policies in the food industries are stricter and if they reduce the amount of fats and sugars they use, this can significantly decrease numerous risk factors that the people are facing. It all starts with the food and people’s willingness to fight against this disease. If the government helps with this issue the number of obese people would decrease immediately. The government should also grant them the opportunity to cover all the costs to get treated for this disease. Not this but the patients should be obligated to attend an educational class which will be informed of how they can help themselves fight this disease and how to change their dietary consumption.
