I gained knowledgeable insight about myself from taking the self-assessment surveys. I learned that I am a visual learner who is motivated by the need for achievement. I have a balanced leadership quality that motivates my coworkers while also getting the job done. I often solve my conflicts through problem-solving. Additionally, my secondary conflict handling style is a balance between compromising and yielding. I have learned that my strengths bring my team members together and motivate them to accomplish tasks. My need for achievement helps to motivate myself when working to accomplish goals. By having an optimistic mindset I can boost the morale of my team members. I am also a great initiator when comes to problem-solving. This ability allows me to direct my team to the right goals. Which sequentially satiates my need for achievement and pushes the team to success. My task-oriented skills keep the team on track resulting in increased team productivity. Productivity is the key to success in all team environments. I can push my team to go the extra mile on a project creating better results and increased goal accomplishment.
