There is a rapid growth in global organizational concepts, crystallized in American business philosophy, to be as effective as possible in the most efficient way. New technology involving networking information and automation influences the behavior of business and enables significant transformation. This need to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in such a competitive age is increasingly crucial to the success of a business.

Academically, I have always been a very determined and studious individual, hence why I knew that a degree at University would be the definite next step. Growing up in a prime minister family but lost her parents when she was young, Park Geun-hye faced with struggles and become the current prime minister of Korea. I have always sought to emulate her by emerging from obstacles-not with a sense of defeat-but with a renewed sense of determination and problem solving skills as I decide to become a junior manager in the short-term and a senior manager in the long-term.

Through my major is Economics in my undergraduate education, I began to realize the difference between microeconomic and macroeconomic knowledge, which was not just about abstract knowledge but with strong practices. For instance, International Trade, Microeconomics & Macroeconomics, Econometrics, etc., all offered many cases and made me realize the meaning of economy.

Based on that, I show great interest in management phenomena and issues, such as how the company is organized, what determines the prices of various commodities, and how the banks are operating, etc. Driven by this irresistible curiosity, I borrowed a wealth of books concerning management from my school library, such as Corporate Financial Management, Fundamentals of Management, Modern Investment Theory, etc., and was totally addicted to them. On top of that, busy as my major courses were, I still managed to squeeze time to attend some classes and lectures that were originally designed for business administration
