I am a human resource executive with over 15 years of responsible and progressive experience in Human resource management & Development, as well as organizational development and change management. My professional experiences include but not limited to executive level management, strategic human resources planning, training/employee development, resource and budget forecasting, talent management, organizational development and employee relations.

My substantial knowledge and experience of organizational development were honed on while planning and executing various plans and overseeing multiple projects that focused on capacity building, change management and developing several training programs for empathy and integration in the organization. …show more content…

This is of major importance for a strategic partner and key member in the leadership team required to be an active listener, problem solver and thinking out of the box, coming up with new initiatives and being proactive. Being an added value to the team is the key to build an effective relation internally and externally.

As part of the Senior Management Team, reporting to Country Director, in addition to be the HR Lead - Head of HR department, this means I have different interactions with stake holders from all levels in the organization. In my opinion, that entails big challenges, as acquiring and dispatch department with a major part of its responsibilities center around providing help, support and advise and above of all of that service to the most valuable and numerous asset in the organization which is the staff. For HR department finding the balance between staff and management and the implementation the policies and procedures in the compliance of labor law rules and regulations was one of the major challenges that I faced which I believe many head of HRs also face. I believe my approach of building trust and strategic partnership between me and my peers in addition to all organization stakeholders, coupled with clear communication, and respecting reporting channels and authority while providing advice when needed, with the understanding of the project needs and HR responsibility to support these departments to achieve their objectives across the whole hiring process, starting by timely recruitment of talented staff and ending with an amicable exit
