Driving is one great way for teenagers to travel to places, but it takes a lot of responsibility. The driving age should not lower. Some teenagers are not responsible enough to be driving. More car accidents could occur, because some teenagers do not care about safety and rules. The majority of teenagers do not have a good income to pay for the costs of owning a car. It takes responsibility to operate a vehicle and drive on public roads with other drivers.

Road signs, speed limits and safety rules were created to keep people safe, so if they do not follow them there is an increased risk of car accidents.
