Based on the article titled Sam Walton’s biography, Sam Walton was born in 1918 in Oklahoma. He found a huge retail store that was opened in 1962 in Arkansas. He learned at a retail store and eventually opened his own variety store. Since he was successful in the beginning with the first store he decided to open his first Walmart. This goal was accomplished at the age of 44. Sam Walton’s Biography 2000. He built a successful organization with all of the above mentioned leadership traits. To begin with, Sam Walton believed in values or else his business would not have been this prosperous today.
