The most performing organizations are those with a high grade of employee engagement as opposed to those with whose employee engagement levels are depressed. With lower levels of employee engagement, the success of the organization is at risk. Such groups are associated with low-quality services, goal achievements as well as the efforts, thus making difficult to thrive in a competitive business environment. The organizational manager should make it standard practice to guide their employees as well as concentrating on their best performance as opposed to the negatives. The management of Metro Dental Services in the effort to celebrate high employee engagement may want to consider an idea aimed at having fun or an enjoyable outing. Creating a time of sharing, workers spending downtime with their employers while getting to know one another, which reminds me of an old saying, "That's hard work occurs with hard mentalities." Additionally, organization management should contemplate taking part in a volunteering project as a social responsibility of the business. It is right for the organization to pay back to the community rather than just concentrating on profit making. It would be tremendously worth it for the team to either take part in a volunteering event such as a homeless shelter, retirement home, or a cleanup project to help clean the environment and conversely building the organization's public image.
