Why do I want to teach? I want to teach because education is a very important aspect in every person’s life. The purpose of education is to be able to teach the student what you can to help them go out into the world, and help them become the person that want to be. You can help them by teaching them everything they possibly can to be able to attain a job in the career field they want to be in for the rest of their life. A role of an educator is to help students grow in their learning and have them can do their work to their best of their ability. In my classroom, I would like for my students to be able to learn in the ways they feel they can do their best at. Like, the students can learn hands-on, by lecture, or my doing their work while I am teaching them. This way the students can show their creative side and they can also express themselves in their work as well. I will also use the different types of learning styles that I know in my classroom to use as well. I would define my community of learners as students who learn differently and at different paces and can learn using a certain style that fits their needs for learning. …show more content…

The impact of my beliefs on my teaching is that I will manage my classroom in a way that all students can learn the way they can. I will use different instructional strategies like a formative assessment that will provide the students with feedback that I have for them to try to do it again. I will also use some classroom instructions to make sure the class understands the lesson. If some students are struggling, I will assist them in small groups to reteach some of the lesson problem till the students understand what they are learning. My goal is that by the end of a term, some students will be able to assist other students who need help understanding what was
