Despite the fact that teachers do not reap well-paid financial benefits, they do however obtain other expressive rewards. For example, seeing an honored parent's tears of happiness and a student’s unexpected understanding of an idea and the unexplored depths of the mind discovered. The desire to become a teacher cannot be something that occurs overnight. This choice has to become a lifestyle that consumes ¾ of the average day. An educator, who extrudes effort and determination, will receive effort back in abundance. Throughout the years, many instances in school has occurred where most of the instructors go around the curriculum and show effort towards building much more than just book studies. The tremendous abilities in high school that great teachers have mastered and experienced comes from the transfer of knowledge from the previous generation. These decisions to follow their examples go beyond the spectrum of education. Recalling that those that were and still are amazing educators, were the ones that could break down and clarify content, even in the simplest form. Most were easy-going yet stable with students and were continuously reasonable, set high outlooks, knew how to inspire, used funniness suitably, and most importantly, gave extra when minimum was required.
