It is tailored to help you become more efficient for the company you currently work for. The trainings can be used as a motivational tool for employees. Many employees feel a higher moral and refreshed after trainings.
By having a trusted trainer or facilitator, employees are more likely to absorb and understand the information, even if they already think they act ethically. Furthermore, the ethical training workshops need to be held and taught with yearly or quarterly refreshers. Additionally, all employees need to attend these workshops, and the training groups need to be diverse so that everyone’s perspectives can be heard.
