I believe education begins at birth as opposed to those who believe education officially starts as a pre-school enrollee. I strongly believe everyone is defined by their education. From my very early beginnings I was taught how to live my life. Specifically, I was taught my “pleases” and “thank yous” and how to respect my elders. As a child, I was impressionable and took in everything around me. My determination, hard work, competitive spirit, and compassionate personality were all born out of my early learning from my parents. They taught me the importance of family values, how to respect others, how to lead a Christian life and many other aspects of leading a productive healthy life. From my early education to the present, I have developed a relentless pursuit for knowledge and a drive for success. I knew my education would determine my career path, and I have dedicated myself to school since then. With this dedication, I have been accepted to my college of choice and a chance to pursue my lifelong dream of becoming a doctor. Until this time, I continue to dedicate myself to excellence in education. I am determined to finish, with humility, with a 4.0 grade point average and to represent Liberty-Benton High School as a valedictorian of my class. At a very early age I developed a self-motivated desire to learn and to earn good grades. I studied relentlessly to maintain my GPA and to learn as much as possible. I could not allow myself to receive a “B” even if when it would have little effect on my overall grade point average. Every night I spent hours upon hours on homework, studying, and researching concepts that would help me understand an area of study beyond what I learned in the classroom.
