Notorious serial killer and sex offender, Jeffrey Lionel Dahmer, also known as the Milwaukee Cannibal, was born May 21, 1960 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and died November 28, 1994. He was born of Lionel and Joyce Dahmer, two loving parents. Jeffery was not born into any type of abuse, but did have some factors that would have affected him in the long run.
