My Leadership Philosophy

Leadership is a very important thing someone could have. Leadership is more than just someone willing to make decisions for everyone. There are skills developed to leadership. Having the ability to be responsible for the decisions you make. A good leader should have:organization skills,sportsmanship, respectful attitude,positive attitude, full of knowledge and good communication skills. I would describe myself as a leader in many ways. I think that I am a very helpful person. I also am very responsible. I am very motivational. I give advice to my peers and I motivate them to never stop giving up and keep doing what they do. I just basically hate seeing people down. I then go over to the person because I would want someone to be there. I think of myself as a very wise person. I am not that kind of person that won’t think things through. I will take the time but also think it wisely. I am hard working. Hard working means going for what I want. In my case my goal is to have a good future. That is why in school I do my absolute best to get good grades. I always turn my work in on time because I do not like being late. …show more content…

For example I put my sister in front of me like her needs before me I help with her stuff or like her homework or anything before I do mine. I tend to support others and help and motivate people around me. I like supporting people because they are the people in need. It is very selfish not to put your people above you. A leader that does that is incredibly stupid and not a good leader. That is why I believe I am a servant leader. I tend to help people. I tend to help them in their problems and not leave them
