For decades there has been debate over this issue and whether which one is the appropriate or “acceptable” origin of man. Controversy has risen over the past decade whether evolution, the theory claiming that humans were created from scientific factors, should be taught in schools. Although scientists and instructors promote the use of it in our education system without any scientific claims, creationists have used the scientists’ unproven claims to strengthen theirs. In terms of education, I feel that schools should teach evolution, omitting sections mainly based on the creating of humans and focusing primarily on animals’ ability to adapt to various environments. I also feel that schools should have the option to teach both forms of the creation of man in their curriculum.
As of now, most schools teach a form of evolution in showcasing animals’ ability to adapt to their environment, and there has been no scientific evidence to prove these claims. Evolution’s theory also states that we share common ancestry with apes, although apes and other forms of the animal still exist in the 21st century. According to creationists and the Christian bible, the human had formed from the work of a higher power, a man or woman who had the ability to create every living thing on our planet in the timespan of a week. He was also responsible for creating animals and adapting them to their current state with these special abilities. There is no evidence that suggests these claims are true. All the theory has to prove its claims are the scriptures wrote in the bible and words spoken by humans centuries ago, both of which lacking verification. Although there isn’t solid evidence proving the authenticity of this biblical philosophy, many believe and accept it wholeheartedly, like evolutionist and the evolution
