In order to comprehend the greatness in education, it is important to understand each of the aspects that make it so amazing. From the student’s eagerness to learn, the grading system and the teacher’s salary, there are many qualities that make the education system as fantastic as it is. Even if someone doesn’t love teaching it is a very rewarding job because of its generous salary. We often demonstrate as a society that we truly admire good teachers and are more than willing to pay them well for their work. If a teacher doesn’t like spending over 8 hours a day with bad kids, they can at least be comforted by their well-paying and secure job.

Teachers have very a little amount of work that they have to stay after school for or take home. The occasional test or homework that teachers have to grade is the only thing that they need to take home, and that’s very rare. Also, teachers almost never have to stay after school to help students after class or be a supervisor for kids that owe detentions; the principles do that job. But, because they don’t have much work to do after school, they are always enthusiastic and ready to teach. Most of the enthusiasm is reflected by the students. …show more content…
