As Bangladesh is a developing country, the resources and facilities for advanced research work are very limited. Such kind of limitation becomes an impediment for a person who seeking to conduct scientific research and practically implement the results. Many of my friends and seniors have pursued higher studies in the United States of America and have been successful in their academic/research arena as the country is committed to provide scholarly knowledge. Thus I am inspired in pursuing my Ph.D. so that I can acquire my full potential. After completing my Ph.D., I have the ambition of carrying on research as a postdoctoral researcher. It is my firm belief and perception that the well experienced and revered faculties of the Mathematics and Statistics Department of Texas A&M University can guide me to the peak of academic excellence and success. If the opportunity is given, I am promised to give back to the university through consistent and coordinated efforts. As my research interest is aligned to the research of Dr. SimonaHodis’s research onFluid Dynamics and Mathematical Modeling in Medicine and Engineering.
