The legalization of marijuana can lead to many more deaths and to no education and a less stronger future. Marijuana is the most abused drug in the world today. There are big differences in using medical marijuana and recreational use. The term medical marijuana refers to using the whole unprocessed marijuana plant or its basic extracts to treat a disease or symptom. Marijuana should not be legalized for recreational use.

Marijuana is already legal in four different states. It won't be long before many more if not all states in United States legalize marijuana. First we have to know what we are legalizing and what are the pros and cons of this drug. Many rumors are said about it but what are the facts about it. “There are over 400 chemicals in marijuana. The chemical that causes intoxication or the “high” in users is called THC ( short for tetrahydrocannabinol). THC creates the mind- alternating effects that classifies marijuana as a “drug.”
