I endeavour to minimize any tendencies toward perfectionism that may hinder innovation and risk-taking within my team (Twin, 2022). I have the ability and confidence to embrace failure as a learning opportunity and encourage a culture of experimentation. This is essential for creating creativity and growth. Throughout this course, I intend to engage in reflective practices, seek feedback from mentors and peers, and actively participate in leadership development activities to refine my skills and qualities as a leader. I am also committed to supporting my peers in their leadership journeys by providing advice, offering feedback, and providing a collaborative learning environment. I enjoy watching my peer’s progress, flourish in their goals, and achieve their future endeavours as they deserve.
