This project is the first installment of a career plan for as a XLIX employee. In this memo, I will describe my passion and my future in construction management. I identify my passion as leading and solving problems. Also, I love to meet new people with different experiences, and culture to come to a resolution to a problem. Knew this was my passion once I realized the enjoyment I felt after helping find solutions. My sales experience displayed this when I worked for Foot Action by constantly helping people find a solution; even when a certain shoe was at the store’s location. Whether it helped them find another selection or if they wanted the shoe mailed to their house; I could easily help them find a solution.
Being able to travel to different continents like Africa and Europe and experiencing other cultures. Despite sometimes having language barriers, still being able to have the skills to communicate effectively; to obtain an acceptable solution. After completing an internship and graduating with a bachelor degree, I expect to work for the company I selected my internship with. In five years I will be a senior project manager where will have a bigger impact and salary.
