i. How you perform in school, can all come down to how much of a leader you are, the commitments you need to place, and your initiatives. Leadership, is such an essential quality to develop, you realize the art of building relationships, and achieving tasks effectively. Additionally, constructing leadership can be an important function of management. A true leader impacts others to perform at their very best, and I have continuously developed this trait upon myself. Another quality I carry is commitment, and this particular quality of mine is crucially important to me. Becoming an entrepreneur is not a simple task, it is a long-fulfilled journey to become an owner of a business, and maintain progress on a day by day basis. Entrepreneurs are very open minded, they are full of ideas, and are not scared to put them into play. I have always been an open-minded person, I have developed this quality since I was young, ideas come and go, but it is smart to write all of them down for later use. It is helpful to brainstorm ideas before going to bed, and writing them down on a notepad. You never know when one idea might coincide with the other, and develop a plan that can take you to the next level. These types of people are also well disciplined, they have a set routine they follow every day that keeps them on track. Personally, being disciplined is the most important trait one can have. Having a well thought out routine helps you focus, organize, and gives me the feel that I am on the right track. Lastly, I want to mention being competitive. Competitiveness is a key quality I was born with, and has made me become the person I am today. I enjoy the feeling of being compared to someone, and outperforming them, it fuels my motivation, and makes me strive for
