Teaching is not an easy profession but it is beautiful and enjoyable. It takes time and effort to be a good teacher. Working with children requires a lot of patient. My goal in the future is to make students understand that creativity is very important and have faith in my students. This allows students to understand that what they are learning has a place in their lives. I strongly believe that students are active learners. They do not simply passively receive or copy information from their teacher or textbook. They actively take part and help each other to learn,thus making the new knowledge gained,their own.This is why I strongly believe that first I will have to observe and than I will have to act. Students are in classroom to learn and the teacher should make sure that students know that is the only goal and purpose of their time together,to have fun learning. When I will be teacher and have my own students, I will make sure that I will make learning fun and try to make teaching fun and enjoyable. Also, students should be aware of daily activities. An important element that makes learning fun is mutual respect. I will work hard to build a mutual respect among me and my students.This will allow my students to know the boundaries,to feel safe and respect themselves and each other. I think that the teacher has to believe that when students are aware of what is expected of them,they tend to follow the rules. A teacher should never be an authoritative that only knows how to yells. The tone of the voice and body language should portray that the teacher understands the students needs.This way the students will not close off to the teacher. As a future teacher some times I will not enjoy what I will teach, but I will exude constant enthusiasm for the topic I will present. Think about: would you really want to listen to someone instruct you on a subject that they were obviously uninterested
